1. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities for any reason, including suspicion of fraud or policy violations.

2. Product Descriptions

  • Products are described as accurately as possible.

  • Retro hardware and vintage items are sold as-is and only guaranteed to match the description and photos provided.

  • New, handmade, or 3D-printed products come with a limited warranty (see Warranty & Returns policy).

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in USD.

  • Payment must be received in full before shipment.

  • Arkansas residents will be charged applicable sales tax.

4. Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Buyer assumes risk of loss upon carrier handoff.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sebastian County, Arkansas.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of any product.

7. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

Except as expressly stated, all products are sold “as-is” without warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Modifications and Third-Party Use

Seller is not liable for any damage resulting from modification, reverse engineering, or third-party integration beyond the product’s intended use.

Warranty & Returns Policy

🔧 Warranty Coverage

New Items Created by Seller

  • Include a 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

  • If the item fails within 30 days, a replacement will be issued after inspection.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Opening the product case

  • Attempted repairs or modifications

  • Improper use, abuse, or electrical damage

  • Cosmetic wear not affecting function

  • Use outside intended purpose

🔁 Returns (Non-Warranty)

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Custom/3D printed items No returns — Unless item arrives defective.
Software/digital items No returns — All sales final.

🧾 Return Process

  1. Contact us within the return window at info@pwbass.com.

  2. Provide your proof of purchase and reason for return.

  3. You’ll receive instructions for returning the item.

  4. Once received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate.

📦 Shipping Responsibility

  • Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective upon arrival.

  • Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments; tracking and insurance are recommended.
