These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Site and any services provided by Patrick Bass ("I," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to life coaching sessions, blog content, and other resources. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Site.

2. Coaching Sessions

By booking a coaching session with Patrick Bass, you agree to the following:

  • Nature of Services: Patrick Bass provides motivational advice and guidance based on personal experience and research. Patrick Bass is not a licensed counselor, social worker, psychologist, CPA, attorney, doctor, or holder of any professional license. Coaching sessions are for motivational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless you provide written permission to share it or if required by law.

  • No Guarantees: Results from coaching sessions are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your own efforts and commitment.

  • Payment and Cancellation: Payment is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Patrick Bass owns the intellectual property rights for all material on the Site. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from the Site for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these Terms.

You must not:

  • Republish material from the Site

  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Site

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from the Site

  • Redistribute content from the Site (unless content is specifically made for redistribution)

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Patrick Bass or www.pwbass.com be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
